Fun times at the aquarium last night followed by a great but long day of competition. Learned a lot and had a great time. Can’t wait to do it again next year.

Over a three-week period, the Explorers volunteered 200 hours combined to collect money for the “Shop with an Explorer” program. The unit selected 21 children from Lee County to participate in the program. Each child was teamed up with an Explorer to shop for themselves and anyone in his or her family at the Target store located in the Forum. Each shopper received a $150.00 gift card, once they purchased the gifts they were wrapped, with the help of the Explorer and team member from the Target. The kids were then turned back over to their families with all the gifts ready to go under their tree.
